1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to safari bookings, tours, and accommodations. We may update them at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and require a 50% advance payment.

Bookings can be made via website, phone, or WhatsApp.

Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before the tour date — 80% refund

• 15–30 days before the tour date — 50% refund

• Less than 15 days — No refund

•Rescheduling available for natural disasters or unforeseen issues.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days, if applicable.

4. Modifications to Booking

Changes must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the tour and depend on availability.

5. Responsibility and Liability

Corbett Trails is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during your trip. Travelers are responsible for their safety and belongings.

6. Health and Safety

Guests must follow guide instructions and park rules for their safety and wildlife protection.

7. Personal Data

Your data is used only for booking and communication and is kept confidential.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
